Take your life and your practice to a deeper level with one-to-one Life & Wellness Coaching, Personal instruction in traditional yoga or to the AIR in Aerial Hammocks.

Life Coaching sessions can help you overcome limiting beliefs, fears and challenges that hold you back from you living the best version of yourself. In our sessions, I will encourage you, push you and hold you accountable for what you want out of your life. I will encourage you to look deeply within, beyond the blocks and limiting beliefs, to discover your dreams or goals that are often pushed to the side because of external circumstances. I will encourage you to see that your thoughts drive your actions and that if you believe that you ARE worthy, capable and confident, you can attain anything that sets your soul on fire.

Private Yoga lessons on the mat can bring about improvements to one’s mental and physical health and help one achieve personal yoga goals. Whether you are a beginner or an avid yogi, these personal sessions will offer a deeper focus on your personal interests, concerns or goals. A private lesson allows you and I to discuss your personal goals for flexibility, strength or meditation. I will create a personalized plan based on this information.

Private Aerial Yoga lessons can help students achieve and deepen traditional yoga positions using a suspended silk hammock. Aerial yoga is great for relieving back pain, gaining flexibility and building upper body strength. As you hang, your back will decompress and your muscles and joints will move, flex, stretch, strengthen, and tone in whole new ways. Because there is virtually no impact placed on joints, aerial yoga is safe to do for those with joint injuries (i.e., particularly back injuries) or going through physical rehabilitation.

Working with me in a one-to-one session will result in better skills, a greater level of confidence and fewer complications on and off the mat.

Intuitive Coaching is 1-on-1 coaching with a spiritual and soulful focus to help you achieve your goals. Carefully guided from a sacred space, we work together combining tools of manifestation, energy work, accountability, strategy, and intuitive insight. Chakra Balancing and Reiki are often used to help balance and clear the energy pathways that often create stagnation. These in addition to other strategies support the success in reaching your goals to living into the very best version of yourself.

I support my clients in rediscovering their true authentic selves. I help them relocate within themselves their deepest desires and goals and help them put them into action. Together we get to the core of what is holding them back, whether it be limiting beliefs, fear, self doubt or daily overwhelm. We dial it in, make a plan and take action. Through challenging and empowering conversations, we begin to break down the walls that stand between feeling stuck and being free. Free to live the life they themselves are holding themselves from. I invest myself in my clients with encouragement, support, enthusiasm and honesty. My clients begin to live less out of habit and more out of intent. Sessions are based on a 10 or 20 week agreement. 1:1 Yoga Instruction on the mat @ Whidbey Island Yoga in Langley

Injuries and health concerns can often make a normal class impractical for some students. It is often difficult for a yoga instructor to focus on individual needs or ensure that the poses will not further injure or strain a particular person. Health issues, such as pregnancy, diabetes, heart disease or injury recovery may require special alterations to one’s yoga practice. When health concerns are a potential issue, it is best to have a private yoga lesson.

Although beginners can benefit from private lessons to gain confidence and learn safe practices, private lessons are also beneficial for advanced practitioners. These custom tailored lessons can allow one to take their practice to the next level. Sessions are $75 for 60 minutes on-site / $100 for 60 minutes off-site. 10 sessions $650

1:1 Aerial Yoga Instruction @Pilates Collective in Langley

Using a soft, fabric aerial hammock suspended from the ceiling, you will explore new and traditional yoga postures with your body weight partially or fully supported. This allows you to explore flexibility, increase range of motion, build strength, lengthen the spine and relax the nervous system. Private sessions available for all levels. Sessions are $75 for 60 minutes / 10 sessions $650
